Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel started competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. In 2017, she was 17 when she was awarded her Professional Card. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a year she earned her Pro Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from performing after she earned Pro-Card to finish her university studies. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. By 2009, she'd achieved four more fitness championships. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take the time off for six years from competing following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback at Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. In the summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage just three months later, and took home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to be 6th place at the level of Fitness, despite having zero expectations. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. First, she warms up before progressing to working out. Ariel makes the best use of the time she has. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets consisting of 10-12 reps.
